This video session or event video includes an hour of shooting at an outdoor or indoor location of your choice of: a basic edit of the event in full length or a highlight video up to 5 minutes in length per each hour of the event's duration. Additional hours are $25. For events longer than 2 hours such as corporate conferences, conventions etc. Special pricing and editing packages are available. Contact us to get the best value for you. Additional fees will occur for events further than 70 miles from us. Unless travel is covered by the client. Note: A deposit is required before the day of the shoot. If any credentials or other articles are necessary for our videographer(s) to access your event in a manner that is necessary to fulfill our filming duties, we expect the client to provide these for us. Please have these arranged and ready for us before we arrive. Any price for media credentials or any similar items are not included in our price. Your time will not count until we are ready to begin filming and we are at the filming location. If weather or other circumstances keeps us from fulfilling our duties, we may offer a partial refund or alternative service to supplement the unfulfilled duration of video. We will do our best to wait out delays and will not charge additionally lest the delay last more than one hour, at which point we will charge for any additional hours beyond that. We care about the safety of our employees/contractors. If a danger or threat is posed to them that falls outside of what is typically expected in an event of its nature, we reserve the right to cease filming and leave the premises. Unless the client is responsible, we will offer a refund minus the deposit.
